Harbourside one bedroom apt NZ$ 159 per night Plus discounted Car parking and Internet for $20 per day extra if required making a total of $179 per day for a 1 bedroom apartment with weekly service, Internet and Car Park. All of our Prince's Wharf apartments have great sea views	for any long term enquiry email us today When you book online for two months or more it will say $25 extra for parking and Internet extra but we will discount the parking and Internet to $20 per night after we receive your booking.

Deposit:

A 25% deposit with a minimum of one night's tariff and a maximum of NZ$500 is required by Visa, Diners Card, American Express or Mastercard to secure a booking. We prefer Visa card. All prices include GST. For long term guests we require one month up front on arrival and an arrangement to pay monthly after the first month.

Cancellations incur a fee of 25% of the total cost. All cancellations must be made in writing including email before the expected arrival date otherwise the full accommodation cost will be charged. No refunds will be made should guests alter or leave before their reserved departure date.
