Access

A 24/7 security access card will be issued for the building and car parks.  All apartments have lifts to the ground level entrance and car parks.

Baby facilities

If you require a port a cot, high-chair or baby bath, we can supply this.  Please let us know in advance of your stay and we will be happy to assist!

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

How we're working to keep you safe from COVID -19:
At Auckland Waterfront Serviced apartments, we want to give every guest that stays with us the peace of mind to know their health and well-being is our very top priority. Auckland Waterfront Serviced Apartments is committed to providing a safe environment for our guests, permanent residents, employees and members of the public with whom we interact regularly. It is the policy position of the Company that all our guests are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to stay with us.

Checking in and out

Check in time is from 2.30pm and Check out by 11am

If you are arriving late, please let us know so we can provide access instructions for you.  If you are arriving very early, we recommend contacting us to arrange a pre-registration and pay for an additional night to guarantee the room is ready and waiting for you.

We do not operate a front of house office, we will provide full details of the check-in procedure upon confirmation of your booking (a little different from a hotel ).

Commitment to our environment

Since our inception, we’ve been dedicated to a level of social and environmental responsibility that begins with our employees, extends to our guests, and includes everything we do;

We choose to use eco friendly cleaning products

We provide facilities and encourage recycling for our guests

We choose to minimise excessive packaging, service our linen weekly and take steps to minimise our environmental impact.

We are proud to be SMOKE FREE - all our apartments are strictly non-smoking inside and outside.

For us, this isn’t a new trend — it’s in our company DNA.

Disabled facilities

All apartments have lift access.  As each apartment is unique, please contact with your specific requirements and we can confirm if we are able to accommodate these with suitable facilities.

Electricity

Electricity is supplied throughout New Zealand at 230/240 volts (50 hertz), although we do provide 110 volt AC sockets (rated at 20 watts) for electric razors only. For all other equipment, an adapter/converter is necessary, unless the item has a multi-voltage option.

Getting here...

From Auckland airport – it is generally a 30minute drive by car or taxi.  The Sky Bus operates a service to the airport every 10 minutes during peak hours from Queen St (A connecting  shuttle is available from Customs St)

Housekeeping

All apartments are fully cleaned and serviced before your arrival.  We service apartments once per week during your stay…all instructions for you to take care of things during your stay are provided.  (There are laundry facilities and a dishwasher provided, including the laundry and dish washing powder to make life easy).

We are proud of our environment, and provide recycling facilities to minimise our impact.

Hungry?

Each apartment is provided with a fully equipped kitchen, and there are convenience stores and bakeries within a short distance of your apartment.  The central city has two full supermarkets available (and of course you may wish to create your meals using some of the delicious produce picked up on your Auckland explorations)..

Additionally, outside your door and within a walking radius, there are numerous restaurants and cafes…too numerous to count; including some of Auckland’s finest dining (and coffee) experiences!  We are happy to give you some tips on arrival.

Keeping fit...locally

Aside form the numerous walking and cycling options around the city, we recommend the nearest indoor 25m pool/gym just 5 minutes walk away – the Auckland Tepid Baths.

Laundry facilities

Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, complimentary washing powder is supplied.

Luggage storage

A luggage storage service is available at Shed 23 on Princes Wharf.  Operated by another company, the Luggage Hotel can provide all your pre and post stay luggage storage assistance at reasonable rates.

Parking

Onsite secure parking is limited, subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Additional charge of $35 per vehicle per night.  

Please let us know in advance and we will do our best to allocate a space and access for you

Payment and Cancellation Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT:

A prepayment ( deposit ) of the cost of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided immediately after reservation.

The balance is payable on arrival.

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to request a credit card authorisation or pre-paid bond for those paying by debit card or Eftpos equivalent to the total amount of accommodation payable plus $500 bond.  The bond will be refunded in full less any incidental additional cleaning or repair charges incurred in the unlikely event of damage during your stay.  Thank you for your understanding.  We appreciate your assistance in ensuring we continue to deliver a high standard of accommodation and service for all our current and future guests.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION WINDOW:

Travelers can cancel free of charge until 72 hours or more before the check-in date. Travelers who cancel inside the 72 hour window will be charged the 1st nights accommodation. If the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation. No refunds will be made should guests alter or leave before their reserved departure date.

SEASONAL EXEMPTION CANCELLATION WINDOW:

24 December 2022 - 31 March 2023

Travelers can cancel free of charge until 7 days or more before the check-in date. Travelers who cancel inside the 7 day window will be charge the 1st nights accommodation. If the guest doesn't show up they will be the total price of the reservation. No refunds wil be made should guests alter or leave before their reserved departure date.

COVID-19 VACCINATION POLICY:  Auckland Waterfront Serviced Apartments is committed to providing a safe environment for our guests, employees and members of the public with whom we interact regularly. It is the policy position of the Company that all our guests must provide proof they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to stay with us. This must be provided 7 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should you choose not to provide the valid documentation we require.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: Princes Wharf Management ( Body Corporate ) have enforced a strictly NO NOISE tolerance policy on Princes Wharf. Our apartments are a non-event venue ( NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ), a breach in the capacity limit that results in an excessive noise complaint. This will result in a fine from the complex management and security on site. If this occurs, the cost will be passed onto the primary guest who has booked the apartment. Princes Wharf is primarily a residential community and it is important their privacy is respected at all times.

Pets

Due to the apartment and cityside environment, we do not allow pets onsite.

Seasonal Rates and Minimum Stays

Seasonal rates and minimum stays apply throughout the year and include long weekends

school holidays and events. NOTE: Minimum stays will vary from 2 - 7 nights depending on the

time year, in particular long weekends, Xmas and New Year.

Wifi / Phone

All apartments are provided with access to a secure unlimited wireless network for the duration of your stay (fair use policy applies)

Apartments do not have landlines – if you need access to a local phone, we suggest you purchase a local SIM card for the duration of your stay in NZ
